Okay, so last night I was very determined that I was going on a 6mile run this morning. It's Sunday, the husband can watch the kids for a couple hours and I can meet a new goal... since I have never run a 10k in one setting... I woke up a 7am and being a mommy I knew I wasn't going to get out until 730am.. no problem it'll work. Well I tried waking husband up a couple times , no luck. I was annoyed a bit, so I said well I just bought Brazilian butt lift and T25 Gamma... well I picked the harder of the two (I think). I have not done either one until today.. but BBL is 60days and t25 is a 30day workout.. so let the progress begin.
So I have not done the T25 alpha or beta, but the Gamma so far isn't too bad. I had posted last week that I was not going to start until February... well I am starting today... I will be doing the workouts Monday-Friday (obviously this week ill get an extra day in since its Sunday.
I ate like crap last week & only got an elliptical n run workout in, so I am still at 163.
