I am about to embark on week 4 of Gamma T25 and I could not be more excited about finishing a workout program. I really am happy that I am near completion.
The scale says I have only lost about 5lbs, which I am super happy about... but I did loose those 5 the first week.. I have my reasons as to why. One I am not being strict on myself... I have had McDonalds several times, I have eaten my sweets and of course I know I shouldn't, but it happens. I also have not been able to have my shakeology.
Okay I really did NOT think that Shakeology would have that much impact. I had it every morning the first week, with a banana as my breakfast (270 calories). I was running out come week 2 so I had my shakeology about every other day.. I made sure to have one on Saturday, the day before the race to help with the road trip cravings of wanting to eat all the time. I did a really good job with my half marathon, I finished in 3hrs 7 minutes. I ate horribly afterwards.. we went to olive garden I had a salad and a bread stick and then I was still hungry from the race... I had more.. and a whole thing of dessert by myself.. boy should I have stopped YES! but sometimes we loose self control.
We came home from the race and I started week 3. I had no more shakeology....itll be okay I can get through it without.. yea I ordered some Wednesday and it wont be here until Tuesday!!! Im dying.. I ate horribly all this week, my weight is 157.0 I know that I am on the right track, I just need to STOP giving in.. but that is the hardest part of any life style change.
I started this journey just 3 weeks ago in a size 12 jean and I can officially say that I am starting to fit into my size 8 jeans.. yes the weight hasn't been falling off like I want, BUT I am getting more tone and the inches are going away. I will be posting pictures and more information next Sunday, when the 4 weeks is up.
It has only been four weeks and I feel that I am on the right track, I just need more self control.
